We completed a great project in the Beaches recently. An exterior repaint of aluminum siding and trim in contrasting greys using Sherwin Williams A100 line.

The project was completed using an air assisted spray machine. For large areas this is the most cost efficient way of dispersing paint to leave a fine finish free of streaks.

Using an air assisted spray machine the risk of overspray is minimal but just in case we moved all vehicles from the area and taped off surfaces not receiving paint.

With scaffolding in place and equipment set up the project took 1/3 of the time compared to the more traditional method of brush and roller

Another project in downtown Toronto yielded fantastic results using an array of colours.

Due to the previous paint job, the walls needed much attention including the ceilings. Drywall had not been finished properly. Patches of compound throughout the master bedroom were highly visible underneath the existing paint. It required removing the layers of paint to reveal the patch then sanded with a heavy grit moving down to a fine grit for smooth results.
